Presentation
on the Negative Effects of Narcotics on the Human Body: The
Consistory has given permission to Mr. Jonathan Slomp to give a small
presentation on the negative effects that narcotics have on the human body. As
part of his psychiatric nursing program Jonathan is required to make a presentation
on a topic of his choosing. The information being presented will help us better
understand why illegal drugs are dangerous, and encourage safer life choices. This
presentation will be given on August 14 at the Congregational Meeting. All
members young and old are encouraged to attend. In a day when drugs are easily
accessible, and used by children as young as nine years old, let us be informed
as to their effects.
