Word
& Deed Ministries seeks to help those in developing countries through
spiritual and physical aid. Relief is also made available in extreme
emergency situations, such as floods and earthquakes. The scope of the
assistance usually depends on the contributions of finances, medicines,
blankets and temporary housing. It is our goal that the people would become
self-sufficient from this relief and ultimately come to know Christ as their
Savior.
The
Bible League provides Scriptures and training worldwide that bring persons
prepared by the Holy Spirit into the fellowship of Christ & His Church.
Their Efforts Will...
§
Provide Bibles and related materials through cost efficient
systems.
§
Promote personal, family, and small group Bible study.
§
Partner with churches and mission organizations, supplying them
with Bibles, related materials and training in church planting and Scripture
placement.
§
Strengthening those who are persecuted by supplying them with a
copy of God's Word.
§
Protect donor investments through accountability systems that
measure and report the results we and our ministry partners achieve, through the
grace of God.

Assuming
the Gospel
What
is the most important thing people need to regularly hear from the pulpit? Are
churches guilty of assuming the gospel? These are some of the questions we put
to pastors at a recent convention, and on this broadcast of the White Horse Inn
the hosts will discuss these matters and interact with the results from our
polls.
